Stress Relief and Relaxing
Ceramic painting is a relaxing and therapeutic activity which provides a break from the daily stress of life and allows you the chance to unwind. Members from both the adults and children’s classes have commented on feeling more relaxed and less stressed after painting. Children are able to focus more and take their time to create. Visible improvements have been seen in the children’s precision while painting.
